Standard Fees for Workshops
The costs below includes all tuition and handouts necessary. It does not include processing fees charged by Eventbrite.
- Full-day Webinar – $400.00 AUD (incl. GST).
- 3 Hour Webinar – $250.00 AUD (incl. GST).
Organisations and Agencies
Are you a company or organisation interested in having one of our experienced practitioners provide training for your team? We can provide:
- Organisations enrolling 3 to 10 staff members into the same course are eligible for discount pricing – use our online form and get your discount today.
- For organisations with more than 10 staff members, we recommend In-house training. Have one of our experts run a workshop or training session customised to your organisation’s specific issues or requirements. Contact our reception team for more details.

Here are the answers to commonly asked questions about our live webinars and workshops at Mindstate Learning.
When will the next training schedule be announced?
Typically, we announce our schedule in January. You can sign up in our email newsletter form (below) to be notified when our schedule is released.
Will you re-run previous years' workshops?
There is no guarantee that workshops will be repeated. This year’s webinars are not necessarily repeated in feature years.
However, we are working on making past workshops available as online courses. All workshops conducted since 2023 will be available for purchase on demand from our Online Courses catalogue.
Will the workshop be recorded?
Yes, the workshop will be recorded, and a copy can be made available if you are sick or unable to attend for any other reason. You must contact our reception after the workshop to be given access.
What is the refund policy?
We don’t offer refunds for online workshops. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact our reception with your proof of purchase and an access code for the online course version of the workshop will be provided.
Cancelation information for in-person workshops can vary from venue to venue. For more information about our in-person workshop cancelation policy, please contact us.
Can I claim workshop participation for CPD hours for AHPRA?
Yes! AHPRA no longer requires CPD activities to be approved. Instead, it is up to you as the professional to develop your own learning plan and select activities that are related to your current professional competence and areas you wish to develop.
All our courses are compliant with these requirements, it is simply up to you to determine if they are appropriate for your area of practice.
Do you offer bulk purchase or student discounts?
Mindstate Learning offers bulk discounts for organisations enrolling 3 to 10 staff members into the same course.
To be eligible for the discount, you must use a business email address and process the transaction in one go.
