Personality assessment inventory (PAI)-plus is often used to conduct assessments of people in where positive impression can be an issue. Common examples include using the PAI to conduct employment assessments, Family Court, return to work, or selection of people for clergy. This workshop helps you understand PIM assessment and how to apply it in your assessment
